Romero Insurance Brokers has won the Broker Customer Care Initiative of the Year at the Insurance Times UK Claims Excellence Awards 2011.
Having been nominated making the final four, Romero Insurance Brokers were presented with the Award last night at a special ceremony in London.
Managing Director Simon Mabb commented “The true test of any insurance broker is the service their clients receive when making a claim, we are constantly looking to improve our service and this recognises the effort we put in to be the best.”
Romero Insurance Brokers welcome Chris Taylor (New Business Broking Director) and Martin Smith (Senior Account Executive) both who will work at our Head Office in Leeds.
Chris and Martin are highly respected individuals in the Insurance Market, who each have over 20 years Insurance Broking experience.
