Justin started the Romero Group back in 1997, and in our 25 year history, he has remained passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. He is still the driving force behind our business, and works hard to ensure that clients have access to the best possible team.
Simon is our Managing Director, and oversees the general performance of the group. It’s his job to make sure that every member of our team meets the incredibly high standards we set ourselves.
Victoria has been with the company since its formation. As the Finance Director, Victoria oversees our Accounts and Finance departments as well as the HR department. Under her leadership, Romero have put in place industry-leading staff support facilities.
With over 30 years broking experience and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Stuart heads up our Commercial Broking Team. Member of BIBA’s property committee, Stuart has been sourcing broad cover and competitive premiums for Romero Insurance Brokers for over 17 years.
As a qualified solicitor with 20 years’ experience dealing with commercial clients, Fiona has a keen eye for detail. Fiona supports Romero clients with HR/Employment law issues and works with the entire business to ensure the service delivered to all our clients is exceptional.
Richard has 30 years experience providing insurance to both regional and multinational businesses. Having worked across many sectors, Richard has an indepth knowledge about how best to negotiate current market conditions.
Joanna has 25 years experience in the insurance industry. She oversees our exisiting business team, ensuring all our client handlers deliver exceptional service at all times.
Jody has been with the business for nearly 20 years and oversees our award-winning claims department. Now with 26 team members, our claims team is one of the largest and most successful in the country.
Stuart boasts over 20 years’ experience managing a broad portfolio of large and complex losses for high-value clients. Stuart undertakes comprehensive claims reviews, helping businesses manage ongoing claims and identify trends.
