Do you enjoy working at Romero?

Of course. There’s a real feeling of being part of one big team here, regardless of which department we work in.

What have you found most challenging?

Carrying the tray of brews from the kitchen back to the office!

If you had to sum up your role in one sentence, what would it be?

Whatever needs doing to keep those Private Clients smiling!

What has surprised you most about working here?

The relaxed atmosphere, the great banter and the all-round support.

What would you like to change about insurance?

Words with more than two syllables. We need to cut through that jargon!

Where did you work previously, and what did you do?

I worked for a different insurance broker, in Property Owners renewals.

What drives you to succeed?

Earning money is the obvious answer. But I also enjoy a little bit of recognition here and there

A lovely pony ride to the local pub.

What’s your pet hate?

People who drive 10mph under the speed limit – regardless of what that may be.

If you were stranded on a desert island and could take one book, one luxury and one song, what would they be?

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban for sure. My favourite song is A Bad Lip Reading – Seagulls so I’d have to take that as my one tune. And, finally, for my luxury… Cottage Cheese (Chive & Onion, obviously).
